Screen Printing Versus Direct to Garment: What is the difference?

Screen Printing Screen printing uses a mesh to transfer ink onto the fabric. This means it requires a lot of setting up, making it ideal for printing long runs (e.g. 50 T-shirts). DTG Printing DTG stands for direct-to-garment and is a printing process where ink is applied directly to the fabric. This allows you to print complex designs and more colors without a minimum run length! You could print just 1 T-shirt and not have to pay the setup fees.
